UK DELIVERY

Standard delivery costs £2.95 for all orders under the value of £40. Orders valued at £40 or more receive free standard delivery. If you're looking for quick delivery then we also offer next day delivery at the cost of £8.95. This order must be placed before 2pm in order to receive this. Any orders placed after 2pm will be received the day after next.

EUROPEAN & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We ship to most countries in Europe at the cost of £9.95 per order. For the rest of the world, our standard shipping costs £12.95 per order. Please allow up to 28 days for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for any custom charges that may occur.

RETURNS

We do, of course hope you will be delighted with your goods, however, you are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the dispatch date of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition, complete with any original swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent.
